PeelAI Back in Stock Alerts helps Shopify merchants collect email addresses from shoppers who want to be notified when a sold-out product or variant is available again.

Data we process

We process store domain, app installation credentials, product and variant identifiers, waitlist email addresses, email hashes for deduplication, notification status, monthly email usage, and merchant email template settings.

Data we do not request

We do not request order, customer account, payment, fulfillment, or shipping data for the MVP.

How shopper emails are used

Shopper emails are used only to send the requested back-in-stock notification. Each notification includes an unsubscribe link.

Deletion

When a merchant uninstalls the app or Shopify sends a shop/redact webhook, we delete stored data for that shop. Merchants can also request deletion by contacting support.
